State Election Comment 2003
Clr. Parker will not contest the East Hills electorate at the 2003 State Election, in what appears to be the end of his State political ambitions.
“I believe that Alan Ashton the member for East Hills has performed reasonably well in his first term on several local projects and has helped local people who have come to see me. My main concern is the lack of effort with Yeramba Lagoon.”
In the seat of Menai, Clr. Parker recommends the election of Brett Thomas.
