Cr. Parker today proposed that if re-elected to South Ward on September 11, one of his major objectives will be to increase the number of public Internet Access Terminals in the libraries to 5 in each library.

It is no coincidence that Cr. Parker has launched his own web site at www.MaxParker.com. Cr.Parker announced "I will be working to introduce 5 new Internet access terminals at each library. Many people do not have a PC and/ or Internet access at home. My plan is to have access to the Net by all the community."
