1. COUNCILLOR EXPENSES AND FACILITIES

That a report be submitted to Council at the end of each financial year detailing the expenses incurred or reimbursed by Council for each individual Councillor, in accordance with Council's policy. Such report to also include the conferences and seminars attended by individual Councillors and the costs paid by Council for individual Councillors and the Senior Management Team."

2.PADSTOW LIBRARY – EXTENSION/REFURBISHMENT, ADDITIONAL INTERNET ACCESS FOR THE PUBLIC; 2. PANANIA LIBRARY – ADDITIONAL INTERNET ACCESS TO THE PUBLIC

1. Council investigate and report on a substantial extension and refurbishment of Padstow Library which increases the current floor space of the building by at least 100%.

2. The report consider internet access to be increased to double the existing access to Padstow and Panania Libraries each year for the next 3 years.

3. The report provide detailing costings and a timetable as to when the proposed extensions and internet upgrades can be implemented.
