Projects

Cr. Parker has initiated and worked for the following projects in the past four years:

• Covering and heating of Revesby 25 metre pool
• Extensions of Panania Library
• Introduction of the Council hire of baby capsules
• Initiated the Backburning program
• Sealed Athletic Track at The Crest
  
• Children's Playground at Virginius Street, Padstow
• New advertiser supported street signs and bus shelters
• Many traffic facilities, ie roundabouts and more.

• Mayor 1985-1986, 1995
• Deputy Mayor on 1 occasion
• Many committees including: traffic, finance, parks, waste, frail aged villages, Georges River Total Catchment Committee, and many more.
• Represented Bankstown Council on trips to many important conferences.
